Another Problem For YTB In California?

UPDATE: At 5:00pm today (01/24/2011), Kim Sorensen posted a video stating that the footer was a human mistake and an error and that YTB is allowed to sell in California. He assured the Facebook fans that it would be corrected by the end of the day.   But as of 10:58pm on 1/24/2011, it wasn't. He mentioned that a "detractor" brought it to their attention.

Check out the disclaimer when you book with YTB! Sorry California!  I hope YTB is not collecting dollars from "agents" who are not allowed to sell to their clients.
