A Memo From Darren

Some more insight into how YTB rolls these days!

To my YTB team,
It is with great disappointment that I write this letter. Today at approximately 1pm I was informed via email from YTB that I was being terminated from YTB as a Rep. For the past 2 1/2 years I committed 110% of my time and resources to help YTB establish themselves in the travel industry and build a quote "residual income" for my wife and kids.

Like many of you, I had been frustrated with all changes and legal issues that faced our company that were beyond any of our control yet I continued to focus on building our business like we had no problems. In October of 2009 I lost my Directorship as I was not balanced in my team yet continued to work the business full time. On December 4th 2009 after much prayer and discussion with my wife I officially resigned my title as a director in order for me to pursue another venture to make up for declining income.

My intention was to maintain the business I built with YTB and the "residual" that we had earned while we pursued alternative means of income.

Most of you were not aware that I had resigned my directorship or that I had even lost it months prior.
I hope YTB makes it through this difficult time and I hope they get back to what made them a great company which is and was focused on TRAVEL. It was my pleasure to work side by side with all of you and I value the friendships that have been formed.

If anyone wishes to know what I am doing for 2010 and the great things ahead you know how to get a hold of me.

Sincerely,

--
Darren J. Miller
