Is Lisa Madigan Getting Impatient?

When YTB was sued by the State of Illinois for $300M last year, they managed to convince Lisa Madigan (the Illinois Attorney General) to hold off on the suit since they were becoming a "franchise" in California to comply with the lawsuit they lost in that state.

The court docket sat dormant for over six months, and just now it is starting to see some action. Nothing indicates which direction it is moving, but I wonder if Lisa Madigan is getting impatient. I wonder if she realized that YTB is stalling any action while still moving forward with the endless chain--albeit under a different name.

Maybe she got wind of some of the questionable recruiting tactics being sponsored by Directors Juliet St. John and Ann Jones where they are paying their downlines for new recruits. This seems to be the definition of a Ponzi or endless chain scheme--take the money from new people to pay the old people. Wasn't this the thing that got Phil Piccolo tossed out of YTB because it was illegal?

Stay tuned, this is definitely developing.
