The Exodus Moves To The Executive Team

YTB's CFO Calls It Quits
We all have heard about the directors and RTAs fleeing YTB like rats from a sinking ship. Even the Board members have been leaving on a pretty regular basis.

But what does it say when your Chief FINANCIAL Officer abruptly resigns? Yes, you heard it here first, John D. Clagg, the CFO of YTB has left the building.

A bit about John D. Clagg, former CFO of YTB International:

Mr. Clagg has been Treasurer of YTB International Inc. since December 12,2006 and also serves as its Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. He serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of YTB International Inc.'s subsidiaries. He joined YTB International Inc. in December 2003. He has 25 ... years of financial management and treasury management experience. Mr. Clagg began his professional career in 1983 at Arthur Andersen & Co. in St. Louis. What makes a 50 year old CFO pulling down $300K a year just jump ship like that?

I wonder who might be next?
