John, In quotes is the proof I gave the Coach's change a 9.5 out of 10:

"Rodney Ward Coach, The Comp Plan change gets a 9.5 out of 10 in the 2010 Olympics of Great Economic Stimulus Plans! Wow! Great improvement!"

Further down in my post, I stated,
"(Remove the requirement for a total of six team sales) to promote to the Power Team and I promise you your score is a New World Olympics Record of Comp Plans and an unbeatable Perfect Ten!"

There's the proof that I said, "IF (Conditional) then I will score you a TEN (10).

How about it Coach?

Seems clear to me, it says COACH SCORES A PERFECT 10 IN 2010!
