here's another one!
The defendant failed to pay the plaintiff and entered an extension agreement until April 30, 2008, for half of the money and another half until June 30, 2008. The defendant agreed to an increase to 22 percent interest on the $400,000, plus a 22 percent share of the profit, in exchange for the extension.
Well, as many of the recruiters like to say, when you are sued it is a sign of success! Congratulations YTB!
