A Half Million Dollar Typo

Apparently due to a "typographical error" the total cost to buy out the Brents and Rez Connect has just increased by $425,000.00 according to the 8-K/A just filed.

If you will recall, when they did the deal, they did not know how much it would cost. After they did the deal, they said the total cost would be $2,349,000.00.  But now because of a "typographical" error the deal will cost $2,774,000.00.

Is it any wonder their own accountants are worried?
