But another vacancy will appear next month when Dr. Timothy Kaiser (another deeply embedded insider) has also indicated that he will not stand for reappointment after the Annual Meeting coming up next month bringing the number of vacancies up to 4.
But fear not, with Tomer, Tomer, Sorensen, and Brock, the Board is still effectively deadlocked (insiders versus independents) for the month, and once Kaiser flies the coop, the control of the Board will once again return firmly to the hands of Tomer, Tomer, Sorensen, and Brock.
It seems that not only are the SALES Directors fleeing, but the CORPORATE ones are as well.
