YTB Says California Case Is Settled

From a Coach's Corner memo sent by Andy Cauthen last night, YTB has announced a tentative settlement of the California case. Terms have not been released nor has it been confirmed with California at this point. Here is the contents of the memo sent by Andy Cauthen to Coach's Corner members:

The legal counsel of YTB and CEO Scott Tomer are pleased
to announce that we have a tentative settlement agreement with
the State of California as of today, Monday, April 6, 2009.

YTB will continue to focus on its objectives and move
forward with you in building a great company.
