I think it is very admirable that a YTB Rep wants to do something for a charitable cause; but why not just do it and reap the name recognition? Instead, he has opted to offer "all" proceeds to charity, BUT you need to listen to the "opportunity" speech.
Most charitable events will let you know how much of your fee will go to the charity; however this Rep claims "all" proceeds will go to charity. Very confusing. But I am conflicted on this one. In the past, I have supported many charities and I woudl either make the donation directly or be happy with the name/brand exposure to the attendees. I never woudl have thought about putting strings on the offer.
