YTB Loses Book CCL and Gains MailPound Support

Well, it appears the post from this morning was somewhat incomplete. Is this a signal that Carnival is beginning to realize the hidden cost of MLM? And in the "not so surprising" category, MailPound has formed a strategic partnership with YTB. Because as YTB says, once you sign up you will be able to see "why MailPound is utilized by travel agents all around the country!"

I am saddend to announce that YTB members are no longer able to utilize Carnival's BookCCL to create flyers, postcards, e-brochures, etc.  Not only that, but BookCCL allowed you to manage your group cruise.  You had the ability to assign passengers to berths, process payments, and much, much, more.  It was all you needed to manage your Carnival groups in a professional way.  So if you are familiar with BookCCL, please read further for details on YTB E-Marketing that will allow you to create e-Brochures.  Read on . . . .

To increase our efficiency and that of our RTAs through automation, YTB is revamping our account with BookCCL. If you notice changes to your BookCCL log in or you are currently managing a cruise within BookCCL, please contact YTB Travel Network support by emailing our new Carnival Help Desk, carnivalhelpdesk@ytb.com.
If you already have a group that you are handling via BookCCL, please include your booking number in the subject line.  Thank you for your cooperation in this very important matter.
